Windows 10: Why does Windows constantly extend or duplicate to a screen I told it to ignore?

I have two external monitors. Those monitors are connected to two docks. I have four possible laptops that can be connected to those docks at any time. Up to a month or so ago, I had this laptop set to not use the monitors connected to the dock. It had no problem remembering this. I could disconnect it from the dock and reconnect it and it would know "I don't use that monitor". For whatever reason, MS appears to have broken this in an update as now the laptop will randomly decide "hey, I want to connect to this monitor I was told not to use" and will connect to it. Duplicate and extend screen at same time

Hi, i have 4 screens connected with my laptop. I am trying to duplicate the laptop screen on 3 screens and extend on 1. Under display settings it only gives the option to duplicate desktop on 2 screens. How can duplicate the desktop on 3 screens and at same time extend to one screen?

Extending Screen to Laptop

Pressing MS KEY + P brings up PROJECT which shows display options PC screen only, Duplicate, Extend, Second screen only. After selecting Extent I then click on the “Connect to a wireless display”. Then I select my laptop that is listed.

That has worked well in the past, but the during a session a few days ago the connection dropped and I have not seen my laptop in the list since.

I have not found any steps to take that actually address this issue.

 

Importing to Outlook Ignore Duplicates

I want to import google contacts (csv) into outook contacts.

I already have a contact list in outlook.

Will outlook ignore duplicates and only import contacts not in the list?
