Why does Microsoft insist on loading **** like Bing and Cortana on my machine, and not let me take it off?And why do contentious threads immediately get locked, so we cannot show Microsoft how pissed off we are with them?You are selling us a **** product, and you need to listen to us, the buyers.

    Thanks.

    After following the steps suggested, I get the message "Access denied" in command prompt.

    Please advise how to allow permission.

    Why does Windows deny me access to my own computer? Why does Microsoft insist on loading...

    Location is not available. Access is denied.

    I am using Surface Pro 4 and unable to load Outlook and Office 2007 because I am denied access. I keep getting the message:

    Q\: is not accessible. Access is denied.

    Can anyone suggest how to overcome this problem. Many thanks.
