Windows 10: Why does windows doesn't allow me to launch Hogwarts legacy?

It all started after I updated windows a few days ago. It was a long one so I let it update during the night and then the next day the extra RAM I had ordered a few days prior arrived so I naturaly installed it in the PC and right away after turning on the PC I had a driver issue. It said something like ene.sys can't be loaded or something like that and my first thought was that it must have been the new RAM that had done something strange but ultimatly i ignored it for the moment. But then i tried to launch Hogwarts Legacy but it wouldn't open. I tried to see what was happening in the task ma

I am looking to buy a new laptop and want one that can run hogwarts legacy. I am not wanting to buy an expensive gaming laptop as I know I will not use it often. Do you have any suggestions?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
