    Why does Windows keep changing the size and location of my program windows?


    Every time I set a window size and location for a program, after a restart or a sleep period Windows changes the size and location of the program windows. I have tried several work-arounds suggested by Win Pros . They seem to work for a while and then the problem is back. I never had this trouble until a Windows upgrade in September 2020.
