Windows 10: Why does windows lose copy/paste after every update?

Every time Windows updates, which is every 2-3 days, copy/paste functionality ceases. Even using ctrl+c and ctrl+v doesn't work. I have to reboot every single time. Additionally, I can't click to reboot in the Start menu. I have to use Windows+X and use the keyboard to reach the reboot option. The mouse clicks are unresponsive, but only in these menus. Today, the same problem existed, but I also had a situation where the Netflix app would open a Bing window with Netflix instead of the stand alone.HP Envy x360 15m-eu0xxxWindows 11 Prov. 10.0.22635 x64AMD Ryzen 7 5700URaedon Graphics32 GB RAM2 T

Windows Explorer Copy and Paste problems

The copy/paste problem could be due to Windows Explorer issue or faulty keyboard.

Wewould like to know some information to better isolate the problem:

• Is the issue also happening when trying to copy/paste any Office files, or is it only happening in Windows Explorer?
• Have you tried other ways like; right-click + Copy, then right-click + Paste?
