Why does windows think it's installed on a non-existent directory?

    Update

I finally got the reinstall to complete and I'm back into Windows 10.

The bad news is rather than setting up a new/fresh user account it somehow remembered the original one and used it again so I'm back to that username I didn't like. Oh well I obviously won't be changing it again. If anything I'll make a new account and migrate items over.
