Why doesn't 2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5034441 install on my windows 10 computer?

2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441) error (0x80070643) a known issue?

2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441) failing to install - This is a flawed update, there's nothing wrong with your computers.

 

"2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441)" in 64-bit W10 Pro.

Same error code here (0x80070643). Windows 10 Home 64 bit in a up-to-date healthy machine that is qualified for Windows 11 installation. Tried multiple workarounds with no success, then proceeded to a full Windows 10 restore that led to no success in finishing the installation of this update.

Others' (Reddit - Dive into anything) and my updated 64-bit W10 Pro. PCs, I'm getting "Status: Download error - 0x80070643" with "2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441)" in 64-bit W10 Pro. right now. I already rebooted once from other today's updates:

I read KB5034441: Windows Recovery Environment update for Windows 10, version 21H2 and 22H2: January 9, 2024 - Microsoft Support's known issue about small WinRE partition with a KB5028997: Instructions to manually resize your partition to install the WinRE update - Microsoft Support link. Couldn't MS do this to its users automatically without having to do it manually for non-technical users? :/
