Windows 10: Why doesn't an ordinary Startup launch work?

Background:This:"C:\Program Files\TextPad 7\TextPad.exe" "c:\textpad\workspaces\Mark's Presets Cookbooks.tws"works as expected.By file association, this:"c:\textpad\workspaces\Mark's Presets Cookbooks.tws"also works as expected.Putting either one of those as links here:c:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\or here:c:\Users\Mark\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Startup\doesn't cause either of them to start when restarting Windows.I even tried this script:'Mark's Presets Cookbooks.cmd'containing a single command:"C:\Program Files\TextPad 7\TextPad.exe" "c:\te

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

using AtiTool in xp home @ startup

I can`t use AtiTool-settings under XP Home Edition @ startup. Only on an admin-account it works :/. Is there a possibility to make it run under every other account? (to copy the autorun entry in the autorun list of an user doesn`t work)
