Windows 10: Why doesn't any of my F1 - F12 Work?

I have a usb keyboard and sometimes it gettings annoying have to go down to the taskbar to turn of my volume or even going to settings to lower my brightness. I have FN on my keyboard and it works fine however constantly using FN gets annoying sometimes but is there any I could give F1 - F10 some purpose as their just uselesss on my keyboard.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
