Windows 10: Why doesn't dictation work on Windows 11 24H2 build 26100.1150?

The dictation function online speech recognition no longer works for the Romanian language on Windows 11 24H2 Build 26100.1150. When pressing the Windows + H keys, the following error appears: "Something happened and we couldn't enter your voice typing text. Wait a bit, then try again." Strangely, on Windows 11 version 24H2 Build 26100.863, dictation works without any issues. However, after the July 9, 2024—KB5040435 update OS Build 26100.1150, the dictation problem occurs.I checked the language settings of the operating system as well as the microphone and everything seems to be fine,

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".
