Windows 10: Why doesn't Media Player start songs a the beginning?

I am a musician, a music teacher, and a student of music. I use Media Player to practice along with various recordings available out there to learn new material, transcribe licks and songs, and to just listen intently to the music that interests me. I have fond that Media Player, the new version, does not start the song at the beginning of the actually music, but randomly picks a starting point any where from one to seven beats into the song. This could be less than a second to a few seconds in length of time. Why? I also wish there was a way to have the albums saved in Media Player filed

No songs or videos in Media player

I have over 1200 songs and about 40 videos, some in phone memory and some in Sd card in my N900. The only way I can play them is to go to the file mgr and bring'em 1 by 1. Same with my videos. Any suggestions is appreciated in advance for getting my media
into the media player so that it s easier to play them and be able to create play list.

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
