Windows 10: Why doesn't my external ssd show in files explorer?

It is in Device Manager and Disk Managment, but not in files explorer. I need to transfer operating system files to it. Its empty so i dont need to recover any files, i need to put new ones on it.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

after save files on USB external SSD show folders but no files there

Please need help I save all my files from laptop on USB external SSD ( I format whole my laptop ) next day I look my USB external SSD and it show folders there but No files, any suggestion what I can try to see my files? thank you
