Windows 10: Why doesn’t my keyboard and mouse in windows start up screen and only work in BIOS?

My windows needed an update and so I updated it and after the update and restarting my PC the mouse and keyboard lights weren’t on anymore and I checked it with my other computers and they work fine. This problem only started after I updated it. I tried using my USB hub and it still didn’t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
