Windows 10: Why doesn't my 'Phone Link' app provide access to all its features?

I'm using Windows 10 non-activated on my laptop, with Bluetooth version 5.1. My phone is a Redmi Note 11. Although my phone pairs with my laptop via Bluetooth and the 'Phone Link' app functions well for features like images, messages, and call logs, I encounter an issue with call audio. I can initiate and receive calls from my laptop, but I need to switch to my phone for audio input and output during the call. Interestingly, WhatsApp calls work flawlessly, but the 'Phone Link' calls lack audio input-output support through the laptop.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Are you entering your number correctly? As the country code is already added you have to remember to not enter the first numeral (0) into the phone number box. I.e. instead of 012345678 you add 12345678.

I managed to receive the link but my phone doesn’t appear under phones, I have downloaded Cortana to my iPhone, as the feature appears to be a work in progress I think it isn’t fully implemented.
