Windows 10: Why doesn't my window key, h key, g key, esc key and backspace not working.

So about a week ago my window key, h key, g key, esc key and backspace not working. I just leave it like that but found out it quite annoying to use my touch keyboard every time I wanna type something with g or h in it. So i restart my laptop a lot of time and then I can use the key I can't use at first so I thought my key were fix until the next day i open my laptop I can't use those key anymore again. So the window key, h key, g key, esc key and backspace key work sometime and sometime it doesn't. I started searching about my the key not working and couldn't find anything about it.

whenever I type g and h keys they either tend to reload the page or on notepad spams the date.

I am using windows 10.

After upgrading to 10 and receiving the update last week

The computer is a HP ENVY Sleekbook 6 PC

Any ideas?

I am using a brand new surface laptop 5.
