Discus and support Why doesn't Outlook's Rule Wizard Send Emails from "@tizgharan" to Junk Folder???? in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Its bad enough Microsoft can't block this **** from this domain I have to spend time on my own dealing with it.     Why doesn't Outlook's Rule Wizard Send Emails from "@tizgharan" to Junk Folder????


    Its bad enough Microsoft can't block this **** from this domain I have to spend time on my own dealing with it.


    I set up a rule in the rule wizard that says "specific words in the sender's address" OR "specific words in the subject" "move it to the" JUNKI EMAIL FOLDER.


    What is wrong with this application???? BOTH of these apply and yet I still get them in my in box!!!

    When I click on them to delete them it locks up for about 20 seconds before I can delete them!!!


    It takes FOREVER to remove these !!!!

    Outlook 2016 Junk or Junk Email

    I have not used Outlook since 2010 but if I remember correctly, the default folders in Outlook have a JUNK folder and I think it was all in the same list with your email account folders. Try looking in Outlook settings for JUNK and or folder settings. Then see if you can set it to the IMAP JUNK folder or remove it in there.

    Outlook 2016 Junk or Junk Email

    I have tried Googling but so far no solution.
    I just logged into my web client and it also shows 2 x Junk folders.

    From @jimbos45 post, I should have only 'Junk Email' folder.

    In my both Outlook 2016 and my web client, I can delete 'Junk Email' but not 'Junk' folder?

    My account is Imap.

    Can anyone suggest how I can rectify this?
