Windows 10: Why doesn't Spotify link to my clock when I open a focus session?

I have a 6-week-old new PC and a free Spotify account. For some reason when I use the Focus sessions in the clock app, it won't connect or link to Spotify.What am I doing wrong?

Hi @Greg Carmack. Let me try to clarify. I don't use Focus Sessions. I've got them turned off in the Clock App settings, but every time i want to use Alarms or Timer, I click on the Clock App and when it opens, it always opens in Focus Session. Then I always have to select my desired functionality, either Alarms or Timer. I would prefer to have the Clock app open in either Timer or Alarms. Clear?

When exactly is the Clock app opening while you are in Focus Sessions? What app do you need to open instead?
