    Why doesn't the "q tab ~ 1 esc" keys work on my laptop After Windows 24H2 Update?


    Dear Microsoft Support Team, I am experiencing a keyboard issue after updating to Windows 24H2 on my laptop running Windows 11. The following keys are not functioning properly: Q, Tab, 1, ~, and Esc. Problem Description: The affected keys only work when pressed simultaneously with the A key. Otherwise, they do not respond at all. I am confident that this is a software-related issue and not a hardware problem, as these keys function under specific conditions. Steps I Have Tried: Reinstalling Keyboard Drivers: No improvement. Running Troubleshooter: The issue persists. Rebooting and Resetting
