Windows 10: Why Doesn't Windows 11 and 10 Recognize My External HDD?

I have this HDD that I used to be able to use on Windows but it stopped working and it is only recognized now on Ubuntu. I had a similar problem with a USB Flash Drive but Disk Manager was able to show the Flash Drive so all I needed to do was assign a letter to the partition. That being said I can't even see the HDD showing up on Disk Manager. What might be the problem?I tried to look around on Ubuntu, because I can see the properties of the HDD, and the only difference between the HDD and the USB Flash Drive is the Partition Type. The Flash Drive is "Basic Data" and the HDD is "NFTS/exFat/HP

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

How to install Windows 10 on external HDD

Hello,

I have an external HDD. I want to install Windows 10 Enterprise which I have purchased recently.

Please guide me, if possible step by step on how to install Windows 10 on external HDD.

External (Dell) monitor not recognized any more by Dell Precision 7560 after upgrade to Windows 11

• The connection is via a cable where one end is a DVI port connected to monitor and the other end is a HDMI port connected to laptop
  
• My other laptop, Dell XPS 15 with Ubuntu 20 - recognizes the external monitor.
  
• Before upgrading to Windows 11, problematic laptop (Dell Precision 7560) had Windows 10, and external monitor was recoginzed.
