    Why doesn't Windows make a streaming service?


    I really think that Windows should have its own streaming service, like Apple TV+, Prime Video, or Disney Plus. It could be called Windows+, or Windows Media, or Windows Video, or maybe Windows Streaming. Microsoft could make its own shows, and then people would buy Windows, and also make it for the Xbox as well, because the Xbox OS is basically a heavily modified Windows OS. Also, it could be interesting.

    Windows 10 Media Server/Streaming doesn't work.

    Why exactly is ATi considered be better at HDMI?

    I plug my HDMI cable into the card, then into my TV. Those are the steps that I have to do. All the steps you list make absolutely no sense to me.
