Windows 10: Why doesn't Windows Security work anymore?

Everytime i open my PC, Windows Security shows the "attention" yellow:I try to open the Windows Security and it doesn't work. It doesn't open. I have followed the other forum advices using PowerShell, Resetting the app, etc. and it fixes the issues as for the moment. I use the antivirus, it shows the same threat all the time. I try to remove it. Next Restart it goes back to the same issue. I try updating and there is an update everyday regarding Windows Security and after updating it still doesn't work.How can i fix this permanently? I installed another antivirus but i usually enjoyed Windows

Scanner doesn´t work anymore after last Windows 10 update

As many people on the internet already are discussing, their scanner doesn´t work anymore after the last Windows update. But there seem to be no solution.

My Scanner starts making noises, as usual, and then i get error messages: "Communication with the scanner is not possible"

Is there a workaround for that?

Re-install the TWAIN drivers? (They are not included in Windows.)

You might get a better answer if you gave the make and model of the scanner.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
