Windows 10: why don't i have a power management tab

i have a desktop running windows11 pro 2h22 my pc goes to sleep fine but i have no way to have my mouse or keyboard wake from sleep i can push the start button but it doesn't always work sometimes i have to push it several times and more than once it shuts down the closest thing i've found is the allow windows to turn this device off to save power i un checked that no help

power management tab is gone from device manager

my clean install messed up my computer.
The power manager tab is missing in device manager, I did a google and found a fix for it that suggested a key for it. But the key was already there, in Regedit.
what can I do? I have my computer on the floor and can´t reach down every to wake it up from sleep mode. Yes, the power button still works.

 

Fingerprint issue/Power Management

already tried the credentials service one, not of any help. I guess the only fix is from the power management tab

1. Press Windows Key + X and choose Device Manager from the list

2. When Device Manager opens, locate your fingerprint reader. It should be located in Biometric Devices section.

3.Right click your fingerprint reader and choose Properties

4. Navigate to Power Management tab and uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

5. Click OK to save changes.


I want to follow this step but I cannot find the power management tab.
