Windows 10: why don't I have administrator power on my laptop

I have had my laptop for some time now and i can't seem to do anything in my settings because it said. This setting is managed by your administrator. I can't seem to do anything that I need done and it has been like that ever since so I have tried everything but can't fix the problem my self

this, follow the steps below:

• Type cmd in the search box.
• Right clickCommand Prompt from the list, and select
  Run as administrator.
• Type or copy and paste the command below:
  
  powercfg -restoredefaultschemes
• Wait for the command to finish and restart the device if prompted.

Once you're done, check if the issue persists.

i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?

WarRock 3D Detection don´t works

Hello Guys,

i had a problem with my Card. The card didn´t wanted to change in 3D Modus. Ok now i removed the other 2 Pins and now it runs in 3D Modus in 3DMark06 too. The Card is a HD 2900GT. But my Game WarRock don´t runs in 3D Modus. Is there a List where i can start the game in 3D Manual? Because in Automatic it don´t want start because the Card don´t see that it is an 3D Game. Can someone help me?
