Windows 10: Why don't my images load on certain websites after updating windows 11?

Hello, I am having issues with loading images on certain websites. Not sure what is going on but it wasn't occurring until I decided to update my PC.

Upgraded to Windows 10 now certain websites (Amazon-LinkedIn) not loading properly using IE 11

I recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 10. When I load certain web pages now (Amazon & LinkedIn for example) they appear jumbled showing only verbiage - no graphics or pictures. Other websites still look fine after the upgrade. I'm using Internet
Explorer 11 and I've cleared history, cookies, etc...and added the websites to the compatibility list. I've also run the Internet Explore troubleshooter without any luck. The sites come up fine using Google Chrome. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks.

 

How to make images load in a certain order on website?

I'm trying to build a very basic website for my business using a template from Microsoft Expression Web. There are a few photos on the website, and they're all attempting to load at the same time which doesn't quite look right. I know nothing about designing websites, HTML or Java...is there anything relatively simple I could do so that images behave in such a way that they load one after the other?

I've also heard of something called preloading...or maybe that wasn't the name...but something like when you're on the home page it starts downloading the images on the 'Employees' page as an example so that when you move on to that one the images are cached already. Is that difficult to do?

Redirect certain webpages to kittens

Don't know about the kitten thing, but I do know that blocking "all NSFW" websites is gonna require a service/software that is updated regularly. This can either be done with software or with a router that supports such a feature, since the list of NSFW websites is constantly changing. Suggest you start with the option for family friendly surfing that is included as part of Windows Live Essentials.
