    Why don't OFX transaction exports not work with many banks?


    Why don't OFX transaction exports not work with many banks? Most of the banks I have accounts with no longer support OFX export for a account transactions and those that do don't now function a well as they originally did. I have one checking account bank that properly completes OFX downloads as originally intended, some that download transactions but don't recognize previously downloaded transactions resulting all transactions previously downloaded to be downloaded again, and other banks that reject the download file as corrupt at the point of download attempt. A couple of these banks which
