Windows 10: Why don't web pages load correctly on Windows 10?

A couple of months ago I bought this HP laptop with Windows 10, after my old HP laptop with Windows 7 Pro went bad. I loved Windows 7 and everything worked great. Now I have Windows 10 with lots of problems, including the most persistent problem of web pages not loading correctly. I have to reload over and over again. So irritating that I sometimes go back to my trusted Windows 7 laptop. This is not a Google Chrome problem and Microsoft should stop trying to blame it on them and come out with a solution. Windows 10 also does not support the IBM Trusteer security software, which I use to

The Windows version that I am running is 1703.

There are no error messages when I try to load the web pages.

So far, I tried changing DNS servers, but to no avail.

As mentioned, it has only been happening the last few days since Windows ran a fairly major update.

Also, when I try to click the link that you sent, the page only loads down the left hand side and looks nothing like it should.

There may be several reasons why some websites are not loading after an update. One of which can be because your firewall. Sometimes firewall software might prevent you from getting connected. To better assist you, kindly answer the questions below:

• What version of Windows are you using? To check, type winver on
  Cortana's search field.
• Do you see an error message whenever the web page won't load?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
