Windows 10: Why dose my pc turn on but my monitor shows no signal, I have tried everything

I have had issues with my pc for a while now. A few months ago my monitor whould turn off randomly while my pc would stay on, this kept happening until i would turn my pc on and as soon as the windows screen popped up the monitor would lose signal. After that stage only the lights and fan would turn on when i powed on my pc, showing nothing on the screen. so I reset the cmos, tried different monitors with different HDMI and dp cables none of that worked. So then i tested the power supply with a multimeter everything was good, then tried plugging the hdmi into the mobo and taking out the gpu,

PC boots up but monitor shows 'no signal' and keyboard not working.

My W10 PC boots up, fan spins, HDD spins but there is no output to monitor, which shows 'no signal' and the keyboard does not light up. I have tried all the suggested diagnostics such as unplug power, take out the CMOS battery, re-seat the RAM, clean RAM etc but nothing. It did come back on a few weeks ago for a few days then reverted to display showing 'no signal'. Any suggestions how to get this PC to display and work again are welcome.

Many posts i have read suggest entering BIOS etc or settings - i cannot do this as no display!

Please suggest fixes for my situation as above.

PC mintors detect cable but to signal! Please help!

I had bought a new desk so I had to unplug and move all my stuff, before everything worked fine. Now that everything is redone the exact way it was before, neither of my monitors show a signal. PC turns on fine but neither monitor works, I’ve tried 3 different hdmi cables, 2 different display port cables, and neither monitor has a signal. When they go into sleep mode and I unplug or plug into the PC they wake up but no signal. So it seems lile they detect the cable but dont show a signal. I also tried cleaning RAM cards, clearing all dust, all connections secure. Any suggestions? Thank you!

 

Monitor shows no signal although computer appears to turn on.

The monitor never recieves a signal from the pc, so the screen never turns on and i cannot manage to navigate through to windows.
