Windows 10: Why dose my Windows + G menu need to be open in order to talk on the Xbox game bar?

when I use the Xbox game bar on my pc I cannot talk unless I press windows +g and if I close out of that menu I can't talk, I've done literally everything such as clearing cashe, messing with audio inputs/outputs, checked all the basic stuff, uninstalling/reinstalling, NOTHING WORKS I JUST WANT TO PLAY MY GAME WITH MY FRIENDS PLEASE HELP.

Pressing the letter G open Game bar

To Turn Off Game Bar in Xbox app

1. Open the Xbox app.

2. Click/tap on the Settings icon on the left, click/tap on
Game DVR at the top, and turn off the
Record game clips and screenshots using Game DVR setting at the top.

Xbox game bar opens on its own

I have a problem with the Xbox game overlay (the menu that is opened with Win+G). When doing anything on my pc it randomly opens (it's not too frequent, but very annoying as it can prevent you from acting in a game). I had the problem on my old HDD, and
i thought reinstalling windows would have fixed it, but now that i have installed it on my new SSD (same rig otherwise) the problem persists. The only fix i found so far is to completely disable the game bar, which is annoying as it prevents invitation on
the xbox game app.

Any suggestions?
