Windows 10: why dosent minecraft work

hey so ive been tryna run hypixel on minecraft but it keeps timing out so i watched some youtube tutorials and they reccomended it use java or some to fix it and im supposed to allow javaw on allow an app through firewall but the problem is i cant find javaw on firewall and google reccomended to fix this i go on windows security and use advanced settings but the advanced settings are like blocked off so im not really sure what to do just tryna play some hypixel also it seems like hypixel is the only server that dosent work other servers seem fine.i tried to run hypixel on both the minecraft la

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server

Step 1: Reset the app.

1. Press Windows + I key to open Windows
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Apps and select
   Apps & feature from the left pane.
   
3. Scroll and look for the Minecraft app.
   
4. Select the app and click on Advanced option.
   
5. Click on Reset and once you see a tick mark, then relaunch and check.
