    Why everytime I restart or shut down and open my computer, my accounts would logged off.


    When I restart my pc, all my website in Microsoft edge that logged in accounts will auto logged off, and it's same to shut down and open my pc, so please help me with that, like when I logged in roblox, after restart or shut down and turn on, it would logged off.

    Random shut down and restart??

    Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
    E220@2.406hz
    2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
    Windows xp

    Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused Why everytime I restart or shut down and open my computer, my accounts would logged off. :confused:*Mad Why everytime I restart or shut down and open my computer, my accounts would logged off. :mad:

    One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

    Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?

    Account log in

    Everytime after shut down and restart Windows logs out from the outlook account. after shut down again the computer logs me out again. All defaults setting gets changed too.

    Settings can't be opened using the built-in administrator account


    Hello,
    Unfortunately I have the same issue as Dabz from upgrading win7 to win10.
    I've tried opening settings using all the suggested methods and it will not load using my account with Administrator access nor the built-in Administrator profile. I also tried other methods not listed such as using Run. Control panel is just a stepping stone to add users in Settings.
    I'm also having explorer.exe issues, which I believe is preventing Settings from loading.
    Using cmd (Admin) I successfully created a new user profile [and granted admin access also using cmd (Admin)], however win10 will not allow this account to log on. win10 does not list this new user within control panel but it does in the start menu. win10 will not allow to log in or switch to the new account via the start menu either.
    I can access settings in Safe Mode but this will not allow me to create a new account.
    Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
