Windows 10: Why files are not copying from Documents in WIN10 to USB?

Is this a Windows problem?

I just bought a new Scandisk Ultra USB 256gb to transfer files and documents over from PC/Documents. I keep getting an error: An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the folder. Error 0x800701B1-a device which does not exist was specified.

You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one

• Is this happening to a specific file?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• Have you tried using a different flash drive? If so, did you experience the same issue?
• What is the current version and build number of your computer? To get the information, kindly follow the steps below:
  • Click on the Start menu.
  • Type winver.
  • Press Enter.

In the meantime, I suggest downloading the USB troubleshooter in this
link and then run it on the computer. Once done, check if you will still encounter the same issue.
