Windows 10: Why has an answer to my question been considered spam and deleted?

    Why has an answer to my question been considered spam and deleted?


    I asked this question "My question" ... and out of nowhere, a month later, the answer was deleted under the excuse it was spam.I have never heard anything so daft. How can I have the answer reinstated?

    Had a Question..it was deleted --.--

    our policy is to delete only spam/inappropriate posts.

    the only person who can "hard delete" posts on the forums is me .. everybody else can just soft-delete the posts, the original author will see those posts in the threads list with a comment why it was deleted.

    to the poster it will look like this, without "manage"

    • Which email address is configured in the Mail app?

    If you have Outlook.com configured then you may refer to the suggestions provided by “Dhenz S” from this thread to check if that helps.
