Windows 10: Why has it taken all day and still won't let me download windows 11 multi x64 iso????

Here is my proof I have had this same screen which says minutes all day long! Your app store also says there is a problem on your end, please fix asap, or let me download the original windows 11 iso, I'm already an insider on both windows and xbox, and because of this I can't get reset back to windows 11 x64 bit.

- Under "Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) for x64 devices", on "Select Download", change to "Windows 11 (multi-edition ISO for x64 devices)", and click "Download now";

- Then, select the language that matches the one currently installed on your computer and click "Confirm";

- Then, click "64-bit Download".

I go to the website

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

Select Windows 11 (multi-edition ISO for x64 devices)

click download now; get "validating your request" pop-up which clears immediately and asks to select language

I select English (US) and validation message again

Then a box appears saying link will be available for 24 hrs but there is no link

i did this multiple times on 3 different browsers; turned off malware blockers; all had same result.

Then I began getting following message after confirming language:
