Windows 10: Why has Microsoft allowed MSN community comments to be so racist and bigoted?

I get a lot of the work is done by AI, which is amusing because all that tells me is there are some real bigots and racists programming the AI Microsoft uses. It's so amazing that even calling out racism and bigotry without ever directing an insult at the person engaging in it is blocked as "hate speech" or "bullying and harassment" but the initial comment, sometimes directly using a slur, is left up. Microsoft should take a hard look in the mirror on what it has allowed its comments to become. Somehow, it's gotten worse over the years in that it now just blocks anything non racist or bigote

Why has my MSN Account been blocked from commenting or posting for over 8 months now for a comment that I made on an article that did not violate the community rules? 8 months ago, I made a comment on an article about Queen consort Kamila's racist remarks on Prince Harry and Meghan's son, and since I made that comment defending Prince Harry and Meghan, my account has been blocked for over 8 months now. The comment I made was that "Queen Consort Kamila needs to stop commenting or making racist remarks about Prince Harry's son and go back to the streets where Charles found her". MSN flagged my comment as racist or promoting hate and my account has been blocked or blackballed ever since. Why and on What grounds is my comment hateful or racist? On my account status it says that my account has been blocked for 72hrs from commenting, and that has been since July 2022, we are now in February 2023. I have tried to contest this and reach out to MSN using the Feedback option, but instead of correcting the bias mistake, I was then told my username is also a violation and it needed to be changed. Which is weird to me because 90% of the MSN users are using their own made up user name which is clearly a violation, but not only that, they are either making false claims, promoting hate or saying the most unconscionable, bias or hateful things and MSN has no issues with that. Because those same users are allowed to post or comment and their accounts have not violated any community rules even though they clearly did, but their account have not been blocked for over 8 months as mine was for my comment that did not violate any of the community rules for racism or hate. MSN claims that my comment was flagged for those mentioned reasons and my account have been blocked from commenting ever since, it's over 8 months now. Please remove the blocked from commenting restrictions that was placed on my account for no valid reasons at all and reinstate my community privileges that have been taken away for over 8 months now.

I can't explain the moderation of comments to MSN articles, but here are some observations.

1. You may find useful information at Microsoft News

2. There were so many unacceptable comments that commenting was shut down for a few

months not too long ago.

3. Now that commenting is allowed again, moderation is very restrictive.

4. Moderation is a dysfunctional mess. It's being done via AI, via a bot, not humans and is

random and inexplicable.

5. If a comment you tried to post was banned, that will be in your activity feed, and you

can appeal that decision.

6. I've searched but have not found a way to contact MSN staff regarding this moderation

except the Feedback link that's at the bottom of nearly every MSN webpage. If you receive

a reply to the feedback, it will be a generic reply that doesn't address your specific issue.
