Windows 10: Why has microsoft made accessing an app that I have already paid for, impossible....

I paid for Wiki-camps. I need to download it onto another computer. Explanations I have been given about how to access for downloading simply don't work. Around and around, trying slightly different versions of the same thing, and totally lost. Is this Microsoft's intent, or are Microsoft's programmers just too smart for ordinary non-computer people to understand what they create, Anyway, I am done with dealing with Microsoft, Accessing the correct part of the store to download the app is so difficult that I give up. You have definitely lost me as a customer.

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

 

Impossible to run/remove an App

I suggest you to run the Windows Store apps troubleshooter by following the steps:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in the search box and press Enter.
• Click on ‘View All’ on the top left pane.
• Click on “Windows Store Apps” from the list and follow the on-screen prompts for troubleshooting.

Preventing access to modern app

Ive been tasked with preventing the children from accessing instagram. I've got it listed in my windows hosts file and internet options/security/restricted site but the windows 10 app is still allowing access. Any suggestions other then deleting app which can just be reinstalled?
