Windows 10: Why has my computer been shutting down suddenly?

My computer has been shutting down suddenly this week, without showing any prior messages as if the power went out. Everything turns on normally when I press the power button again, as if nothing had happened. I have been monitoring the temperatures of the processor and the graphics card while playing the same game that has been causing problems, and neither exceeds 70 degrees at any point. So far, this has only happened during that specific game and not while performing other tasks on the computer.When I open the Event Viewer, I see a critical event that seems to have been occurring for som

Chrome can't open after computer suddenly shut down


My computer suddenly shut down, after restart the computer, Chorme can't open.
The error is like the screenshot.



I google the result, someone said uninstall all current Microsoft Visual C++ installations, i have never install Microsoft Visual C++ installations.*Sad

The issue might occur if the computer is not shut down properly. so, I suggest you to perform a power drain by follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Shut down the Computer.
• Remove all power source (including battery if it is a laptop).
• Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.
• Connect the power source and start the computer.
• After the computer boots to the desktop, suggest you to install all the pending updates.
