Windows 10: Why has my custom-made Start Menu disappeared? Classic Start Menu 4.3.1

Hi, I am asking a specific question in regards to Classic Start Menu 4.3.1.I am running Windows 10 Home - Version 1903 - OS Build 18362.1082Other useful info - I have not updated my version / OS because when I do, my system bogs down to almost a complete halt. I right-click on taskbar, to choose task manager, and it takes ages for it to respond, if it even responds. Most of the time, and says Not Responding, at the top of the window. This also goes for any task, and I have no other apps open, or browsers.There are no viruses, malware, spyware, or anything of the sort, this only happens to my L

I'm on Windows Vista at the moment using Opera Browser and I has the nice Start Menu and i'm wondering if there is a program to add a modified Menu cause Win.7 don't have it. I tried Classic Shell it worked but it isn't like the Original Menu with the Microsoft Logo on the left
