Windows 10: Why has my Epson TX110 lost connection in Windows 11 and 365?

My OS Windows 11 Version 22H3 and I am using Microsoft 365.I have a HP Notebook - 15-db1075auIt used to work fine. Now it does not work. "This device is working properly." "EPSON Scan cannot be started. Please use Troubleshooting Assistant." "Cannot connect to scanner. Check the scanner connection."Why can't I download a driver for this printer scanner?

Cortana & Office 365 Integration

We are trying to integrate Cortana with our Office 365 subscription, but it never works. Here are the steps we have done:

• Turned on Cortona in the Office 365 Admin portal
• We are using Windows 10 1703 – connected Office 365 service to Cortana

Did the same on windows 10 mobile with no luck, Cortana says its connected to Office 365, but sees no data and we are getting zero errors

We went rough office 365 support first and tried all fo their suggestions, they kicked us over to Windows support which is currently closed.

We are on v1703 with all updates in place, it does not work on Windows 10 desktop or mobile

any ideas? I can give you all steps 365 support had us run through if that will be helpful

After Windows 10 update on 2/20/17 lost connection to Epson Artisan 800 printer.

I had tried the Troubleshooting method already but it could'nt find the problem. I just did the second suggestion, then sent a test print to the Epson but the printer is still in an "error state". I had also downloaded the latest driver and network package
from Epson and ran it. The new drivers were installed successfully but when the network app runs it gets only to the point where you select the printer and none are listed as it can't seem to find it. Printer is connected to computer with internet cable at
this stage. Will be grateful for any further suggestions. Thanks.

 

Epson 4990 Photo - Epson Scan Windows 11

The following is a fix for Epson Scan software not being recognized in Windows 11. This is working for me.

Below steps derived from “The Geek Page”, dated January 28, 2022 By Saurav Dey.



Step#1: In the search box, type Run and select it from the search results.

Step#2: In the Run dialog box, type services.msc and click OK.

Step#3: The Services window will open. Scroll down and locate Windows Image Acquisition or WIA.

Step#4: Make a right-click on the WIA and select Properties from the drop menu.

Step#5: In the WIA panel, click on the Log On tab.

Step#6: Under the Log On tab, select the Local System Account option. Check the box beside Allow Service to Interact with Desktop and click Apply to proceed.

Step#7, restart the Service then restart the computer. Epson Scan should now work.

Additional note: When Epson Scan starts if the “Preview” & “Scan” buttons are not visible then click once anywhere in the left hand panel & then press the keyboard “Alt” key. The buttons should now appear. (this part is from Epson support).
