    Hotmail not syncing on Windows 8.1 Nokia

    yes primary email account. Had already tried what you suggested. Same error code. Wondering if need to change server and how to do this without resetting whole phone. Think Calendar also affected too as sure things are disappearing off this! Any more help

    Hi Sarah,

    To better assist you with the Hotmail not syncing issue, please answer the following questions:

    • Is it set as the primary email account on your phone?
    • Have you tried the manual syncing of the email? To do it, just go to
      Settings>       under System tap Email+accounts> press and hold the
      Hotmail account, then tap Sync.
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
