Windows 10: Why has my laptop stopped recognizing my LaCie SSD Pro after Windows ran an update?

My LaCie SSD Pro external drive that I work from everyday randomly will not be recognized by my laptop. A different LaCie SSD drive works, the cable and port both work, and the drive can be recognized by other computers. I know Windows ran an update the morning before it no longer recognized the one specific drive. I also tried reinstalling a thunderbolt driver, but that did not help. Anyone know if the update might have changed some setting that I need to adjust for it to recognize my drive again?Thank you

LaCie Hard Drive not recognized by Windows 10

In the last 24hours, 2 separate Windows 10 computers, no longer recognize my LaCie '2tb LaCie 2big triple interface 7200rpm usb' connected via the USB2 interface. Despite moving the cable around to different USB ports, no luck. Fortunately, i had an older
laptop still running Windows 8 and it works fine.

So Microsoft, you did some update this week that is rendering the USB2 compatibility to LaCie null.

How do i resolve this? I am surprised that no one else has yet to notice this.

 

LaCie Hard Drive not recognized by Windows 10

My LaCie d2 quadra USB device is not recognized in my vostro all in one PC.

Under W7, the disk was mounted frequently without any problem vía USB2.

Now the dis is recognized but with no partitions.

No drive letter can be added from the disk admin.

But the disk still working under other desktop pc that I have (win XP SP3)

Drivers from LaCie dont exist.
