Windows 10: WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN STUCK AT PENDING YET MONEY IS GONE FROM MY ACCOUNT?

I ordered an Xbox Series S on December 23rd and when I was ordering it said it would take 1 - 2 days obviously wasn't going to arrive on Christmas,and then after ordering it changed to 28th as the predicted date of arrival.Throughout my entire time waiting, the order has still been pending and now today's the big day and it still says PENDING. No other community post has any info that has helped, MS Text Support is horrible and keeps linking me to the same trash.Over $300 has been taken out of my account since the 23rd and still **** all from Microsoft, never ordering from the Microsoft stor

My order is still pending?

I ordered an Xbox One S bundle almost a week ago, and when I checked my bank account the night I ordered it the money had been marked as a pending purchase. I received an email the next day saying it had shipped, and it should be here today. The game that
came with the bundle was delivered today, but no xbox. After looking into my order history, I see the actual xbox part of the bundle is still pending, while the game is completed. That, and the hold on the money on my account has disappeared. Is there something
wrong with the order, or does it take some time for a bundle to process and ship?

 

Order still pending days after

I recently purchased an Elite Series 2 controller and the money was taken from my account yet the order is still pending! Please help!

Order pending

I ordered two controllers 6 days ago and mine shows that the order is still pending. I'm not sure if I should call at this point or what but I'm pretty irritated because I spent a lot of money to not get what I paid for...I thought Microsoft would be better
than this though. This is something I'd expect from Apple.
