Windows 10: Why has Windows Explorer been broken after last nights update - YET AGAIN

Windows 11 File Explorer fails to open following last nights update 15-Nov-2023. It will not launch from the task bar or the all apps list. Trying to start it crashes the window manager. Windows Explorer was broken following last nights update, it no longer launches from the task bar or apps

This makes the system practically useless - AGAIN

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer
