Windows 10: Why have this wrong to my Graphics device

This problem has only existed since I assembled this computer. I know that my graphics device performance is not very powerful, but if this problem exists, even games like Terraria will be locked at 30 frames, which is really torture!

Cant find graphics card on device manager!

I suggest you to unhide the hidden drivers in Device Manager by following the steps provided below and check if the Graphic card driver is visible:

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Click on View and click on Show Hidden Devices.
