Windows 10: Why haven't my device logged of a lost account as soon as it became lost, now I can't even...

I have been meaning to take screenshots of my issue here but the thing is, each screenshot I take is being stored in the user/onedrive - boun.edu.tr which is a lost email and I can't move it from there. So, I can understand the fact that the files are stuck since the school email adress is deactivated but I can't grasp why even on a local account I can't have my pc function properly without it relying on lost onedrive folders that it doesn't need to have as a storage to take screenshots. Btw, I'm not even logged into such lost account so I can't unlink since my pc screen doesn't show me linked

ok so im a little lost, i use a blackberry and im thru at&t, are you sure thats the article that tells how to just take a at&t simcard to a t-mobile sidekick 3. i dunno, im so lost i just got it off ebay and it said u could just use ur at&t sim card and it would work but thats a fraud...

any other suggestions?

Lost Mail app after performing System Restore on Windows 10.

Original Title: Lost mail app

I did a system restore as I had lost my start menu..the start menu returned but the mail app disappeared. the store says it is installed so I can, reinstall it. I can,t uninstall as I have no app.. any suggestions. it doesn,t appear in the list of apps.
