Windows 10: Why haven't you fixed the 6 digits sent vs 7 digits required problem. You have broken my email.

I am being sent a 6 digit code when you require a 7 digit code. It's June. In January you answered a thread saying it was being fixed. You have locked me out of my business and my personal email inboxes. You have broken my world. What can I do.

Reset requires a 7-digit code but I am sent a 6-digit code. How do I get a 7 digit code to reset my windows log in?

I am locked out of my laptop. When I go through the steps to reset, I am texted or emailed a 6-digit code. It does not reset because the reset window requires 7 digits. How do I get a 7-digit code to reset my Windows login?

 

Why send a 6 digit code but demand a 7 digit code?

Same thing happening here. I have requested the codes be sent to email and text and I only get 6 digit codes that do not work bc a 7 digit code is required.
