Windows 10: WHY I AM BEING RESTRICTED FROM PLAYING MY XBOX GAMES ON MY PC??

I am not part of any Microsoft Family groups and my account is restricted from playing xbox games. Nor have I ever delegated my account access to anyone. I need this solved. I don't need these restrictions nor do I want them. Anytime I try to open my games, it wants me to ask for permission from an adult to play my games.

There are Xbox Live games that you can play on Windows 10 PC. To check for the available Xbox Live games that you can download from Windows Store, you may follow the steps below:
