    why i am having massive frame drops on games


    recently i did a factory reset on my gaming laptop and i noticed that every time i play a game it runs smooth for like 10 minutes and the all of a sudden it starts lagging as hell. I have like 3fps its super laggy and i dont know what to do. the weird thing about this is that when i restart the laptop it then runs smoothly all the time. I have no backround app on and all drivers are updated. I have a GTX 1650, ryzen 5 4600H and 16Gb of ram. Here is the list of game i experienced it so far: Valorant, Fortnite, DCS, Subnautica, Roblox.

    Frame Drops after not playing for a while

    So basically when I play a game the first time it has massive frame drops but I always thought that was completely normal (and I still think it is but if someone knows better then correct me) but when i stop playing that game for a while and decide to start it up again a few days later it has those massive frame drops as if I was palying it for the first time again. This problem is worse on bigger open world games and i dont know what to do about it.

    PC specs:

    CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2400G

    GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT

    Memory: 16GB

    Game frame drop

    When I play a game for 20 minutes or less, my frame rate drops to 1-10 fps and I have to restart the game. I'm not sure what's causing this (counter strike global offensive)

    I have frame drops in everything (YT, Twitch, games)

    Greetings, not long time ago I restored my PC (Win 10) and I had no problems since last week when the PC started to have frame drops in basically everything (YouTube, Twitch, games) I don't know what to do, I scanned it several times but the problem is
    the same. Any suggestions on how to fix it please? Have to add that the fps drop dissapear after a while.
