I cannot access Bing CoPilot anymore as it replies: We're sorry but we're unable to connect to the service at this time. Please try again later or refresh. I tried and tried and nothing happened.

Microsoft Copilot Preview and Microsoft Edge Bing Chat not working

Hello. I am not able to use CoPilot Preview or Bing Chat in standard Edge Browser. For CoPilot and Bing, I get the same error after it tries to load for a while, "We're sorry but we're unable to connect to the service at this time. Please try again later or refresh"

I am using HP laptop

I have Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310) installed

I have rebooted multiple times.

I have confirmed that I don't have a proxy set up.

I do not use a VPN.

I have tried with my Avast Firewall turned off.

I have checked for additional Windows updates and there weren't any

I have checked wireless LAN settings for firmware updates (none were available).

I tried to use Wireshark to see if I could capture enough information to figure out why it is not working, but I am very rusty in that, and there was entirely too much other background communications for me to find packets specific to just Copilot or Bing Chat.

I tried using my phone as hotspot to rule out my ISP.

*If I use Canary Browser, I AM able to get Bing chat to work. Any ideas about other settings I could check for Windows Copilot and to discover why I can't use Bing Chat on standard Edge Browser?
