Windows 10: Why I can't find CMD file anymore

Hi, I was doing some stuff and I needed to rename the CMD file, I get back to put the original name but the file desaparece. Please help me, i don't know what to do

Steps I've done

Here what happens

• 
  turn on PC
  
• 
  start windows
  
• 
  get blue screen ( message NTFS file)
  
• 
  it reboots returns to diagnosing PC
  
• 
  Diagnose and repair fails
  
• 
  I move to advance options
  
• 
  will not reset windows , I click on CMD
  

things I've tried
commands:

reagentc /disable

reagentc /enable

*************************FAILED
not recognized
**********************************

When in doubt, use CMD.

1. Run CMD
2. Use CD <path> to navigate to the directory where the file exists.
3. Use the DIR command to get the list of files. DIR will likely abbreviate the ridiculously long named file with NAME~1.
4. Use the MOVE <source> <destination> to give the file a new name. For example: move "NAME~1" "MyShortName"
5. ...
6. PROFIT!

CMD is always the answer. *Wink
