  1. Why i can't get internet connection new 5g router even it is pairly?

I have a problem. Yesterday I received a new Huawei 5g router from the service provider and it does not work at all as it should. Okay, it lets you connect phones and other devices but not a PC. I've tried everything and it's been close to doing a clean install on Windows because I don't know what's wrong. However, I did network troubleshooting and it says my computer is set up correctly but microsoft.com responds. In the detailed information it says that TotalAV Firewall may block this connection. So it connects with both ethernet cable and wlan, but still there is no internet connect

    :)

  2. Wireless connection to internet. No 5G

Hello DaleWatson1, my name is Irisdiel and I am an independent advisor. I have found a probable solution to your issue and I suggest that you start off by making sure that your laptop supports 5G wireless connection. You can check if your laptop supports
5G by opening the Control Panel, go to Device Manager and find the make and model of your laptop's Wi-Fi under the Network adapters section. After that, you want to find out if it supports your router. For many of these cases, the 5G availability depends on
the type of router and I would suggest seeing if it supports it and if it isn't then you would have to either change your router or buy the 5G wireless through an independent company. For your router to support 5GHz it must be a dual-band router.

You can check if your router is a dual-band by:

Depending on the Wi-Fi router model, there are a couple of different ways to tell if your router is dual band. The best way is to look up your router’s model on the manufacturer’s website. Some wireless routers even have dual band written on the router itself
or on the packaging that it came in.

I hope this helps resolute or find your answer. Thank you, best regards- .

  3. Windows 10 doesn't connect to Netgear 36/36-5G router

Computer: Lenovo T520, O/S Windows 10 Pro, Router: NetGear 36/36-G,

Problem: Disconnected fm primary wifi network, NetGear 36, to connect to

NetGear 36-5G. To disconnect I called up network list and selected “disconnect”.

When unable to find & therefore connect to NetGear 36-5G attempted to reconnect

to original wifi system. Received message that computer can not connect.
    Tried

all suggested solutions with no results, restarted computer, restarted router, tried to

restore computer to previous settings when computer worked normally, nothing worked.

Received error code 163851 which may indicate radio turned off in BIOS.
However, computer connects to internet successfully via different unencrypted wifi and via encrypted Hot Spot (wifi) on BB Z10.
So computer’s wifi radio is working normally.
Computer does not see the 36-5G side of NetGear router.
With Windows 7 Pro it did recognize that side and 36-5G was a valid choice for a connection.
When observing computer trying to connect see constant message “attempting authorization”.
Can not find anyway to check computer settings, SSID, Password, encryption key to confirm that the setting in my computer are correct for this wifi network.

    Request help.

  4. Why i can't get internet connection new 5g router even it is pairly?

    Cannot connect to 5g

Hi I'm Peter an independent advisor, if your trying to connect to 5g then you've got a router and network adapter that supports 5g (ie a virgin media router)? Qualcomm is your wireless network card....realtek is your ethernet adapter (physical network
port) for wired networks. If you want to connect to 5g open your wireless network available list and you should see the same SSID as 2g and one as 5g...just click on the 5g one.
